Meli is a service provided by Full Rank Inc. By accessing and using Meli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Meli is an AI-powered mobile application that provides personal assistance through conversational interaction. The service helps users manage tasks, set reminders, and stay organized.
Note: Meli is currently in beta. Features and functionality may change as we improve the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, to the extent permitted by law, without liability.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Meli. By using this service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
To use Meli, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to use Meli only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Meli to:

You retain ownership of all content you share with Meli but are solely responsible for it. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may review content shared with Meli to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws. We are not responsible for any user-generated content.
Meli offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require payment of applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies, as applicable.
The Meli service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Full Rank Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FULL RANK INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Meli is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
Meli uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Meli is not a substitute for professional advice and is not designed for emergencies. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the service.
Your Conversation History: Meli's core feature is remembering your conversations to provide continuous, personalized support. We keep your conversation history to maintain context and help you achieve your goals over time. You can delete your data anytime by contacting support@meli.im or deleting your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Full Rank Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of Meli; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (iv) any content you submit to the service.
Any suggestions or feedback you provide regarding the service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
We may disclose your information and cooperate with authorities when required by law or when we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights, or ensure safety.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. We may retain or delete your data at our discretion, subject to our legal obligations. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Delaware, United States. You agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
This arbitration agreement does not apply to users residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, who may bring claims in their local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Full Rank Inc. regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights hereunder at any time without restriction. You may not assign these Terms.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
Any claim arising from these Terms or the service must be filed within one year after the claim arose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
